• 9:00AM to 6:00PM Mon - Fri
• 8AM to 5PM Sat
• CLOSED SUNDAYS
• Note: Manager usually takes lunch from approximately 1PM to 2PM, depending on customer needs. There may not be a backup, and manager may be out of the office showing units and may not be immediately available. Call the office number 385-375-7200 for assistance, and leave a message if needed. We will respond very quickly.

Gate hours:

• 6AM to 10PM daily
• Note: Gate will not open (even from the inside) after 10PM. Please plan to be out by 10PM, or you may be sleeping in your unit!
• Gate may have mechanical issues, especially due to weather related issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Our spaces are month-to-month, minimum one month. With low admin fees, move in today. Your lease will automatically renew on a month to month basis. Need to be here for 2 months? Let us know before moving out, and you only pay for 2 months. Need to be here long-term? But don't know how long? Get your space today and it's yours, on an easy month-to-month contract.
